Job summary

Hale’s Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial crews across Northern Arizona. The role requires hands‑on leadership with expertise in asphalt shingles, tile, TPO, coatings, or stucco, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The Foreman will supervise daily field operations, coordinate crews, ensure work meets Hale’s standards, and drive production while maintaining a clean, safe jobsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing, stucco, or related exterior construction experience.
• Experience leading crews and managing production goals.
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work and project documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Ability to lift roofing materials and work outdoors in Northern Arizona weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roofing and exterior crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee installation and repair of shingles, tile, TPO, coatings, and stucco systems.
• Review and execute scopes of work, work orders, and installation instructions.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
• Train and mentor installers on proper techniques, safety, and quality.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets standards and codes.
• Maintain jobsite safety and company safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and project managers.
• Submit production updates, photos, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues to protect schedules and quality.
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate delays.
• Ensure clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Protect customers’ homes and property.
• Support a positive, accountable, team-oriented environment.
• Perform physical roofing work as needed to support crew.

Job Summary

Hale’s Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial crews throughout Northern Arizona. We are seeking hands‑on leaders with experience in one or more of the following trades:

• Asphalt shingles
• Tile roofing
• TPO roofing
• Roof coatings
• Stucco

This role is ideal for a productive, quality-focused foreman who takes ownership of each project, leads crews effectively, and maintains a safe, clean, and professional jobsite.

The Roofing Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate installers and labor crews, ensure work meets Hale’s quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently. This is a full‑time leadership position with strong earning potential for experienced foremen who consistently deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roofing and exterior crews on residential and commercial projects
• Oversee the installation and repair of shingle, tile, TPO, coating, and stucco systems based on experience and assigned projects
• Review and execute scopes of work, work orders, project plans, and installation instructions
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs
• Train and mentor installers on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality expectations
• Inspect work throughout each project to ensure it meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable building codes
• Maintain jobsite safety and ensure crews follow company safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, building owners, project managers, and other project contacts
• Submit production updates, job photos, reports, time records, and required project documentation
• Identify and resolve field issues before they affect quality or project schedules
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate delays or changes promptly
• Ensure crews maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Protect customers’ homes, landscaping, and property throughout the project
• Support a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment
• Perform physical roofing or exterior work when needed to support the crew and project

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing, stucco, or related exterior construction experience required
• Foreman, superintendent, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong experience in at least one of the following trades: shingles, tile, TPO, roof coatings, or stucco
• Experience managing crews and maintaining production goals
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work, job instructions, and project documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Ability to work full‑time and occasional weekends based on project needs
• Comfortable working outdoors in Northern Arizona weather conditions
• Ability to lift roofing materials, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical construction work as needed
• Willingness to travel between projects within Hale’s Northern Arizona service area

Pay

• Piece‑rate compensation based on completed production
• Strong earning potential for productive, quality-focused foremen
• Compensation will depend on experience, trade expertise, and production

Schedule

• Full‑time
• Occasional weekends based on production schedules, weather, and project needs

Work Location

Projects are located throughout Northern Arizona, including:

• Sedona
• Cottonwood and the Verde Valley
• Prescott
• Flagstaff
• Surrounding communities
