Hale's Roofing is seeking an experienced Tile Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial tile crews across Northern Arizona. You will oversee concrete and clay tile installations, re-roofs, lift-and-relay projects, and underlayment replacement, ensuring quality and safety on every job.

The ideal candidate will own project execution, train crews, and maintain clean, professional job sites while meeting manufacturer specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tile roofing experience required.
• Foreman, superintendent, or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and clay tile systems, underlayment, and flashing details.
• Ability to read scopes of work and project documentation.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead tile roofing crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee tear-off, dry-in, and installation of tile roof systems.
• Manage lift-and-relay projects, including removal, salvage, and relays.
• Install and inspect underlayment systems and flashing details.
