Qualifications

• 3+ years of stucco or plastering experience required.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lath, three-coat and one-coat systems and textures.
• Ability to read scopes of work and project documentation.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stucco crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee three-coat conventional and one-coat stucco installations from lath through finish.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
• Ensure work meets company standards and applicable building codes.
• Maintain jobsite safety and professional conduct, protecting property.
