Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour training completed.
• Field Management Training completed.
• Ability to manage crews of 30+ employees.
• Ability to read detailed blueprints and comply with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a trade crew on a consistent basis, often 30+ employees across multiple trades.
• Communicate staffing requirements to Production Manager and participate in pre-planning for goals meetings.
• Ensure proper job staffing and monitor material, equipment and subcontractor scheduling daily.
• Enter daily time and production data; manage job cost through cost monitoring reports and forecasts.
• Attend mandatory training programs and job site meetings as scheduled.
