Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher Foreman to lead crew safety, productivity and quality on defined projects. You will team with the superintendent and project manager for startup, execution, and closeout, directing field activities to maximize efficiency and uphold PCG standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Drywall Finisher Foreman.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Oversee safety, performance, productivity, and quality for assigned projects.
• Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall to required finish levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow safety rules.
• Coordinate with superintendent and project manager for startup, execution and closeout.
• Direct and assign field activities to maximize productivity while upholding PCG standards.
• Foster positive relationships with trades, vendors, coworkers and customers.
• Present a professional onsite image as company representative.
• Utilize available technology to perform tasks efficiently.
• Maintain daily reports, timekeeping and documentation.
• Train and mentor crew members, including apprentices and journeymen; on‑the‑job training offered.
