Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher Foreman in Minneapolis, MN.

You will oversee crew safety, productivity, and quality on assigned projects, and coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure successful startup, execution, and closeout. The role requires at least 2 years of Drywall Finisher Foreman experience, ability to perform basic math, lift up to 40 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher Foreman.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects.
• Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall according to level of finish.
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out.
• Direct and assign crew field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, coworkers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including apprentices and journeymen.
• On-the-job training offered.
