Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher Foreman.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality on projects.
• Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall to required finish levels.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with superintendent and project manager for start, execution and closeout.
• Direct and assign field activities to maximize productivity while upholding PCG standards.
• Build positive relationships with trade partners, vendors, and customers.
• Use available technology to perform tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and timekeeping.
