Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead field operations on-site across projects. You will preplan, organize and audit daily activities, manage a drywall crew, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Strong communication with contractors and customers is essential. The role requires five years of commercial drywall experience, excellent organization, and ability to document progress through daily reports and time records.

Qualifications

• Understand drywall and ceiling industry materials and methods.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Quality control and material management skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate daily reports.
• Punctuality and attendance; reliable transportation.
• Computer and technology savvy (Tablets, mobile devices).
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations of workers.
• Manage workforce, evaluate performance, and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare job progress reports including material usage and labor.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and customers on-site.
• Ensure time sheets are accurate and subcontractors are signed in.
