Job summary

Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager - Dry Utility Coordinator to lead the coordination of regulated utility services during the design phase of civil and land development projects.

The role requires independent leadership of multi-stakeholder utility coordination efforts, client and utility provider relationships, staff mentorship, and support for business development within Martin/Martin's dry utility practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in utility coordination, civil infrastructure, or land development.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in the Denver area, relocation reimbursement may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify utility service providers and review records, will-serve letters, and service requirements.
• Develop and evaluate dry utility master plans and placement strategies for complex projects.
• Coordinate layouts, easements, and crossings with stakeholders across disciplines.
• Lead utility coordination meetings and resolve design, permitting, and sequencing issues.
• Manage client-facing coordination and relationships with providers, agencies, and contractors.
