Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager - Dry Utility Coordinator to lead coordination of regulated utility services during the design phase of civil and land development projects.

The role develops utility master plans, coordinates with multiple stakeholders, and mentors staff to strengthen dry utility coordination practice. The successful candidate will work with engineers, utility providers, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient planning, timely applications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of utility coordination or civil infrastructure experience.
• Ability to work in the Denver area; relocation reimbursement may be provided.
• Strong understanding of regulated utility systems and coordination processes.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating utility plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify utility service providers and review records, letters, and requirements.
• Develop and evaluate dry utility master plans and placement strategies.
• Coordinate layouts, easements, sleeves, and crossings with stakeholders.
• Lead utility conflict identification, risk assessment, and resolution.
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative for utility coordination.
