Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks a Dry Mechanical Field Superintendent to lead mechanical field operations at Boise, ID project sites. You will supervise the mechanical team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with codes and safety protocols while driving project schedule and cost control.

Responsibilities include RFIs, submittals, and collaboration with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve constructability issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of MEP construction experience required.
• Extensive experience on large industrial and hi-tech fabrication projects preferred.
• HVAC and exhaust experience required.
• OHSA 30 Certification.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, mechanical subcontractors, and other discipline subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for review with Client/Architect.
• Oversee cost control and QA/QC program.
