Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies in Hawaii seeks a Senior Drop Installer III to install, maintain, and troubleshoot aerial and underground drop connections from the network to customer premises. This role mentors junior installers and upholds safety and customer satisfaction.

You will splice, ground, test, and read blueprints, ensuring compliance with OSHA and NESC. Requires a high school diploma, 18–24 months of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18–24 months of related experience in field installations.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain aerial and underground drop cables for residential and commercial customers.
• Perform splicing, grounding, bonding, and signal testing on coaxial and fiber lines.
• Troubleshoot service issues with minimal supervision and interpret blueprints.
• Ensure installations comply with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Mentor Drop Installer I/II teammates and document work accurately.
