Job summary

To The Rescue is seeking a dependable Lead Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities while mentoring fellow drivers.

The role combines regular driving duties with peer mentorship, driver trainings, and serving as the driving team’s point of contact to reinforce procedures and safety expectations. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with split shifts, located in Parker, CO.

To The Rescue is seeking a dependable Lead Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities while serving as a go-to resource for fellow drivers.

This role combines regular driving responsibilities with peer mentorship and support. In addition to transporting passengers, you’ll assist with driver trainings, act as our driving team’s point of contact to help fellow drivers understand established procedures and safety expectations. We’re looking for a team player who takes pride in safe driving, communicates well with others, and leads by example.

Schedule:This is a full-time, Monday-Friday split-shift position. The anticipated schedule is approximately 6:30-11:00 AM and 2:00-5:30 PM, with exact hours subject to transportation needs. Weekend work is not anticipated.

Salary Range:$22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
