Job summary

Lewis Energy Group is seeking a Driller to supervise drilling crews, lead rig operations, and ensure safety and efficiency on site in Texas. The role emphasizes hands-on drilling, well control readiness, and training of team members for peak performance.

The successful candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, 5 years of drilling experience, IADC Well Control certification, and forklift/manlift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and five years of drilling experience.
• Knowledge of well monitoring computer-based systems.
• IADC Well Control certification.
• Forklift and Manlift experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise five employees on drilling rigs and lead crew.
• Operate drilling rig and monitor wellbore integrity per program.
• Maintain safety by inspecting rig and enforcing policies.
• Coordinate rig moves and oversee equipment inventories.
