Energy Job Shop in Indiana, PA is seeking experienced Drillers to operate and maintain drilling equipment and supervise work crews. You will execute drilling programs safely and efficiently, collaborating with the Rig Manager to meet company and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years drilling rig experience, leadership ability, and the stamina to perform vigorous outdoor labor in all weather.

Qualifications

• Extensive drilling rig experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong safety mindset and strict regulatory compliance.
• Able to perform rigorous outdoor labor and lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain drilling equipment and supervise field crews.
• Execute drilling programs safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Rig Manager to meet company and regulatory standards.
