Job summary

SDI HD Holding LLC, operating as Highlands Drilling, seeks Derrickhands for field-based roles in Mt. Morris, PA. You will supervise and maintain mud systems, operate drilling equipment, and support rig operations in outdoor conditions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of oil/gas drilling experience, a High School diploma, and a safety-focused mindset. Expect extended hours, weekends, and outdoor work with PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of oil/gas drilling experience.
• Experience as a roughneck.
• Ability to weigh and calculate specific gravity of drilling fluid.
• Ability to work in harsh outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lb objects.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE.
