Drillers - 14/14 - Up to $30.25/hr - Indiana, PA

This company is seeking experienced Drillers to operate and maintain drilling equipment and supervise work crews in Indiana, PA. The role involves executing drilling programs safely and efficiently, working closely with the Rig Manager, and ensuring all operations meet company and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have significant drilling rig experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License and compliance with company Motor Vehicle Policy
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years previous drilling rig experience, with at least 6 months as Assistant Driller or equivalent
• Supervisory certification in Well Control/IADC certificate
• BOP Certified
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Working knowledge of air compressors, boosters, and mud pumps
• Ability to perform vigorous manual labor and lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Minimum six months of verifiable physical labor experience in the past two years
