Responsibilities

• Operate and repair drilling equipment and maintain safety gear for a rig site.
• Respond to call-outs and work schedule demands, including nights and weekends.
• Perform routine maintenance such as valve and equipment repairs on frac, flow back, and water transfer systems.
• Assist in rig-up of batteries, flow back equipment, and artificial lift installations.
• Monitor flow back water, pressures, and test samples; submit daily production reports.
• Operate pumps, piping, and flow meters; communicate with foremen and vendors as needed.
• Analyze data and make timely adjustments; train junior staff in duties and responsibilities.
• Adhere to company HS&E policies and procedures.
