Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. seeks a Leadership Gifts Officer to grow the Annual Fund in the Metro Boston region. You will qualify, cultivate and solicit leadership gifts ($1,000+) and partner with volunteers and staff to build a strong donor pipeline.

You will conduct discovery calls, schedule face-to-face meetings, and work with major gifts staff to move prospects toward higher levels of philanthropy, while supporting events and campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years fundraising/development experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel to meet donors.
• Experience in front-line donor solicitation and volunteer management.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal prospect pool of donors and secure annual or multi-year gifts.
• Conduct discovery calls to engage prospects and educate them about philanthropy impact.
• Complete face-to-face meetings to educate, engage and cultivate giving at higher levels.
• Collaborate with major gifts staff to transition prospects to major gift philanthropy.
• Assist in events and programs to support development activities and engage volunteers.
• Maintain metrics, reporting, and liaison with Office of Philanthropy and divisions.
