Qualifications

• Master-level writing, editing, and storytelling with ability to convey urgency and complex medical concepts.
• Proven track record of leading the creative process with collaboration and sound judgment.
• Expert familiarity with hospital donor databases/CRMs (Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud) and modern email marketing tools.
• Understanding of healthcare philanthropy, grateful patient fundraising models, and HIPAA compliance.
