Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC seeks a Donor Communications Officer to craft and lead the full donor messaging strategy. You will translate medical and healthcare equity initiatives into powerful narratives, inspiring philanthropy and deepening engagement with a community of supporters.

You will design and execute the communications plan for the Foundation’s 125th anniversary fundraising initiative, showing how gifts elevate patient care and save lives locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Literature, Philosophy, Communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the overarching donor communications strategy to inspire philanthropy and deepen engagement.
• Translate medical advancements and healthcare equity initiatives into emotionally resonant narratives.
• Design, launch, and execute communication plans for the 125th year celebration and fundraising initiative.
• Collaborate with team leaders as a thought partner and manage the creative process.
