Arhaus in Boston Heights, OH is seeking a Manager, Domestic Transportation to lead strategy, planning, and execution of the company’s domestic transportation network across distribution centers, hubs, stores, and customers. You will drive service, cost, capacity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Five or more years of experience managing domestic transportation operations (truckload, LTL, parcel, linehaul).
Two or more years of leadership experience coaching and developing employees.
Experience with TMS and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

Lead daily execution and performance of domestic transportation operations across network.
Establish and manage transportation schedules, capacity plans, and load-planning activities.
Partner with DCs, hubs, stores, and providers to ensure on-time delivery and capacity utilization.
Develop transportation forecasts and analyze performance for improvement opportunities.
Lead reverse-logistics activities and ensure compliant returns processing.
Manage transportation requirements for store transfers and new-store openings.
Lead carrier sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and performance management.
Control transportation costs through auditing, rate compliance, and optimization.
