Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Transportation Hub Supervisor for the Westchester hub in Ohio. You will lead daily hub operations, oversee route planning and deliveries to stores, and supervise a team to ensure secure handling of merchandise and on-time performance.

You will monitor driver logs, coordinate with store operations, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and safety across the hub.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid license.
• Ability to supervise 5+ direct reports in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries to the stores.
• Direct daily activities of HUB personnel.
• Drive HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores.
• Pack and ship merchandise as required.
• Review and adjust hub routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain security of merchandise, equipment and tools.
• Report injuries and incidents to management.
• Coach and develop HUB employees and conduct performance evaluations.
