Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience with Cloud Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Systems Administration, servers, and cloud architecture.
• Proven Python experience with OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Public cloud engineering on GCP, AWS, and/or Azure platforms with cloud provisioning and migration at scale.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer support and technical expertise for Hyperforce DNS-related issues to determine root cause and implement fixes.
• Resolve DNS outages promptly with minimal customer impact and document root cause.
• Isolate server software problems and work with vendors to resolve issues as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering to proactively improve service stability and reduce outages.
• Drive service ownership for the DNS Cloud and streamline change management, alerting, and automation.
