The role oversees environmental analyses, permit management, and program compliance across the District Office 400.

Qualifications

Seven years of professional planning experience in local, regional, or state planning including two years in a supervisory capacity.
Two years of experience as an Environmental Planning Supervisor or equivalent.
A Master’s degree in planning or environmental sciences and five years of professional planning experience with supervision; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

Oversee the review of transportation plans and environmental requirements to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Support development and evaluation of environmental programs and commitments across the District.
Coordinate environmental analyses and guide preparation of required reports.
Support waterway permitting activities and ensure permit requirements are met.
Assist with monitoring district programs related to MS4 and SEMP.
Help shape district policies for stormwater control measure design and maintenance.
Manage district commitments involving environmental mitigation and inspections.
