Responsibilities

• Supervise permitting activities for stormwater and encroachment programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assign permit applications to reviewers and balance workloads across the section.
• Review staff work and drafted permits for accuracy and correct application of laws.
• Provide staff leadership including training, meetings, and supervision responsibilities.
• Coordinate regulatory actions, emergency reviews, and interagency permitting discussions.
• Prepare monthly program updates, evaluate workload data, and maintain orderly office procedures.
