Job summary

You will oversee probabilistic modeling and risk-adjusted planning for area substation load relief, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver data-driven grid solutions for future electrification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or planning field required; 5+ years experience.
• Master's Degree plus 3 years relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead probabilistic modeling to quantify area substation load relief risk.
• Manage analytics tools for risk insights and planning methodologies.
• Coordinate timelines with stakeholders for feasible, cost-effective plans.
• Assess electrification effects on summer and winter peaks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Forecasting, and Regulatory teams.
• Champion distributed energy resources to minimize long-term costs.
• Support forecasting studies and planning analyses for grid readiness.
• Provide strategic leadership to direct reports and project teams.
• Support regulator engagements and prepare related whitepapers and rate filings.
