Con Edison, a multibillion-dollar energy utility, is leading the clean energy transition in New York City and Westchester County. The Distribution System Innovative Planning and Analytics (DPA) team is at the core of the Con Edison strategic vision to help New York State achieve its Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act (CLCPA) goals and evolve the distribution grid to meet new energy demands while keeping costs affordable for customers.

The Manager in the Distribution System Innovative Planning and Analytics (DPA) group will oversee a team that will develop a comprehensive, proactive, and risk adjusted area substation and distribution load relief planning approach. This role will lead probabilistic modeling efforts to develop risk adjusted planning solutions for area station load relief, as well as develop a proactive load relief planning strategy through analytics to address future electrification. The Manager will coordinate with multiple groups across the company to deliver analytical support and ensure comprehensive filings that meet the overall organization and enterprise vision. Through this role, the Manager will develop business decisions through data-driven analytical work and will support implementation of new and existing grid planning processes and tools in coordination with other engineering teams, forecasting teams, and customer program teams across the Company.
