Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations in Butner, NC. You will lead a team to keep the distribution center safe, efficient, and on schedule, partnering with Operations, Transportation, and Inventory Management to deliver reliable service.

You’ll drive daily operational excellence, coach hourly associates, manage staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and cost targets are met across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred)
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred)
