Job summary

Sargent Lundy is seeking a Project Engineer in Englewood, Colorado, to lead project teams and ensure the successful execution of electric utility distribution projects. This role requires significant engineering knowledge and experience in both overhead and underground distribution design standards.

The position offers an excellent compensation range between $64,817 - $93,201 and comprehensive benefits aimed at promoting overall health, work-life balance, and employee well-being.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience with electric utility distribution or relevant experience to review work by others.
Knowledgeable in physical distribution design methods and their application.
Experience with complex overhead and underground distribution projects (120/208V through 38kV).

Responsibilities

Prepare and review construction sketches and work packages for distribution facilities.
Support preliminary project scoping and perform field work when necessary.
Lead a project team and conduct client communication.

Skills

Utility distribution experience

Education

Associate's degree in a design-related field or 4 year non-engineering degree
