Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED).
• 3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• DOT Hazardous Materials and IATA a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse software (Latitude, P21, RF Scanner).
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution center activities in a Business Unit.
• Act as primary contact between team and supervisor for daily needs.
• Partner with management to assess and improve team performance.
• Use data and metrics to drive operational decisions.
• Train staff on RF Scanner and computer systems.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives.
