• Effective leadership skills, Proficient written and oral communication.
• Experience in MS Office programs and Warehouse software (Latitude, P21, RF Scanner).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Primary contact between the team and the supervisor for operational daily needs.
• Partner with management to assess and improve team performance.
• Use data tools and metrics to assess and make operational decisions.
• Initial assessment of problems, coordinating with internal counterparts.

• Train staff on RF Scanner and computer system.

You will coordinate distribution center activities in a Business Unit by adhering to all safety guidelines and standards in a team environment. As well as execute operational transactions to support the operations in their assigned department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)
• Forklift certification preferred
• DOT Hazardous Materials, and IATA a plus
• Effective leadership skills, Proficient written, oral communication, Basic organizational skills.
• Ability to work within complex system and process
• Experience in MS Office programs and Warehouse software (Latitude, P21, RF Scanner etc.)
• Agile in identifying and making recommendations to resolve problems
• Models and promotes self-directed work team culture
• Proven ability to solve problems with standardized solution
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
