Ellsworth Corporation is seeking a Transportation Operations Specialist for our Germantown, WI area. This on-site/hybrid role supports the Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Division with domestic and international transportation coordination, documentation, and carrier liaison activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with third-party vendors, shipment tracking, and claims resolution, requiring strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training.
• Post high school education in a related field of study, such as Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse software.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Thorough and attentive to details.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of self-direction.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency.
• Ability to achieve operational savings.
• Ability to assess processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
