Ellsworth Adhesives in Germantown, WI seeks a Lead Distribution Center Specialist to coordinate operations in a fast-paced DC. You will lead a team, ensure safe, accurate distribution, and act as the daily liaison between staff and supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED).
• Forklift certification preferred.
• DOT Hazardous Materials, and IATA a plus.
• Effective leadership skills, written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse software (Latitude, P21, RF Scanner).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute transactionally to support DC performance.
• Primary contact between the team and the supervisor for daily needs.
• Partner with management to assess and improve team performance.
• Use data tools and metrics to guide operational decisions.
• Initial assessment of problems and determine next steps with internal counterparts.
• Coordinate department activities with team and DC leadership.
• Train staff on RF Scanner and computer systems.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives.

This role reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Division located in Germantown, WI.

You will coordinate distribution center activities in a Business Unit by adhering to all safety guidelines and standards in a team environment. As well as execute operational transactions to support the operations in their assigned department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)

• Ability to work within complex system and process

• Proven ability to solve problems with standardized solution
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
