Job summary

Farmland Fresh Dairies, LLC is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to field 50+ driver calls, gather delivery times, and oversee dispatch operations for delivery. The role requires scheduling routes, communicating with drivers and customer service, and coordinating with management.

The position supports 3pm–11pm shifts from Thursday to Monday; training across dispatch shifts may be required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dispatch operations for delivery routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle safety-sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling route dispatch in a timely manner ensuring successful delivery.
• Gathering and recording delivery time information from route drivers.
• Interviewing, selecting and training of new hires.
• Communicating with customer service on driver locations as requested.
• Coordinating with management on deliveries outside delivery windows.
• Collaborating with mechanics on vehicle condition and repairs.
• Resolving truck breakdown issues with management promptly.
• Completing daily delivery logs and distributing to management.
• Working with purchasing on product pickups and driver assignments.
• Collecting assets issued to drivers upon return.
