Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee Communications Center functions including routing, scheduling, mapping, reporting, and compliance.
• Assist in developing and training personnel to meet contractual obligations.
• Monitor phone queues and communicate with providers to resolve service issues.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately (status and call time reports).
• Maintain current knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
