Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience with DOT and driver routing; logistics/transportation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation environment including shipping, receiving, inventory, dispatch; advanced preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse and routing software systems; advanced preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dispatchers to guide and answer questions during shifts.
• Address customer issues and escalate as needed to management.
• Backfill for dispatchers when required.
• Ensure daily forms are completed accurately.
