Qualifications

• Lead by example and push productivity.
• Maintain dish washing area cleanliness and organization.
• Report to chef if any maintenance issues occur.
• Maintain chemicals attached to dish machines and monitor levels.
• Dilute chemicals to proper levels for washing and sanitizing.
• Work with FOH team to prioritize glassware during service.
• Ensure dish washing area floors are clear of excess water.
• Keep kitchen vents clean.
• Be an ambassador of Ladino and professionally represent themselves.
• This position is expected to work 40-50 hours a week.
