Job summary

Nuage Designs is seeking a hands-on Dishwasher Lead to oversee cleaning, sanitation, and prep of tabletop inventory in a high-volume environment. You will lead daily dishwashing operations, ensure rental readiness, and manage workflow on the floor to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse or production settings, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish and supervisory experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, dishwashing, or production environments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in washing, drying, and inspection of tabletop items.
• Ensure items cleaned, sanitized, polished, and rental-ready.
• Identify and remove damaged or defective items.
• Maintain sanitation standards and quality expectations.
• Assign daily tasks and work alongside team members.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely turnaround.
• Oversee dishwashing equipment operation and maintenance.
