Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with the needs of the kitchen and dining area, preventing backups of dirty dishes.
• Ensure all cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly to their proper places.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of dishwashing equipment, reporting issues to management.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in keeping the back of the house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently, ensuring garbage areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow company policies described in the Employee Handbook, fostering a cooperative workplace.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed to support operations.
