Job summary

Loverboy is seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on maintaining a clean dish and kitchen area, supporting kitchen staff, and upholding safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, be punctual, well-groomed, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. This position offers full-time hours and a chance to contribute to a new, hospitality-driven concept opening November 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable in attendance.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas.
• Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed.
• Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them.
• Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area.
• Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place.
• Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift.
• Perform any duties specified by the management team.
• Always follow company safety policies and guidelines.
• Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs.
