For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, State Strategy and Growth to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead state-level strategy development and execution with a strong focus on Medicaid and managed care growth. The position will translate policy insights and strategic priorities into actionable plans while partnering across government affairs, stakeholder groups, and internal teams. It will also represent the organization externally and help shape decisions through legislative awareness and relationship building.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually
