Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Product Management - Program Operations - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution of a program operations product portfolio that supports state Medicaid and public-sector healthcare needs. The leader in this role will partner closely with Product, Growth, Operations, and external stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements, market demand, and customer outcomes into scalable offerings. This position will also guide roadmap priorities, commercialization planning, and go-to-market execution in a highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working with state agency operations, Medicaid, and HHS leaders, along with the executive communication skills needed to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually
