This role will drive provider performance strategy within a value-based care environment, with a focus on building stronger provider partnerships and shaping payment arrangements that support better outcomes and cost discipline. The leader will work across internal teams to advance contracting, network strategy, and cross-functional execution in a highly matrixed organization. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can balance analytical rigor, negotiation expertise, and operational coordination while influencing broad healthcare performance goals.

The position is ideal for a professional who can translate claims insights and market dynamics into practical contracting strategies. Success in the role will depend on the ability to manage complex provider relationships, align stakeholders, and move initiatives from planning through execution.

Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually
