Ladders seeks a Director - Behavioral Health, Payer Value Creation, for a remote US-based position to drive a payer-focused value creation agenda focused on affordability and outcomes.

You will partner across clinical, finance, analytics, and operations to translate data into actionable initiatives, building executive-ready business cases and guiding them from concept through validation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare, managed care, consulting, or related fields.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience identifying and executing cost or performance improvements.
• Cross-functional experience in clinical, finance, analytics, and operations.
• Proven executive presence with strong communication skills.
• Track record of moving projects from concept to implementation.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Behavioral Health, Payer Value Creation - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive a payer-focused value creation agenda with a strong emphasis on behavioral health affordability and improved outcomes. You will lead a portfolio of initiatives that identify cost and performance opportunities, translate data into action, and build executive-ready business cases. The position requires close partnership across clinical, finance, analytics, and operations teams to move priorities from concept through implementation and validation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually
