Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare market access or managed care contracting.
• Proven success in negotiating contracts with health plans.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance systems.
• Strong financial modeling and reimbursement capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director of Market access & Payer Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape payer access strategy across government and commercial channels, with a strong focus on reimbursement, contract economics, and market expansion. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external health plan decision-makers to improve product access and support broader coverage objectives. The position also plays an important role in advocacy and policy engagement with key agencies and industry partners.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
