For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Digital Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will own the vision and roadmap for digital product initiatives that improve customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. The role will shape product strategy, guide innovation, and help bring new capabilities from concept through commercialization in a highly matrixed environment. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn market insights, data, and emerging technology opportunities into clear priorities and results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually
