Congruex is seeking a Foreman I, II, III to lead directional drilling operations and oversee underground utility projects. You will operate drilling equipment, coordinate field activities, and ensure work is performed safely and to quality standards on telecommunications and utility sites.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to travel to project locations. CDL and OSHA credentials are preferred, with an expectation of meeting safety obligations on site.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of recent directional drilling and/or utility locating experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, underground utility, or construction environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CDL or ability to obtain one; OSHA certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead directional drilling and locating operations for underground telecom and utility projects.
• Operate drilling equipment and other construction machinery during field operations.
• Locate predefined drill paths and ensure safe, accurate work execution.
• Perform work safely in various environments while following safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew, supervisors, and customers; support project execution.
• Travel overnight to project locations as needed.
• Other duties within the scope of the role as required by business needs.
