TelCom Construction, LLC seeks a Foreman Directional Drill to supervise telecom bore operations. You will guide crews on-site, review drawings, and ensure safe, accurate drilling while protecting utilities. Strong leadership and field planning are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years operating drill bores equipment in telecom or construction.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead new site Job Safety Analysis.
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents for OSP facilities.
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment necessary to complete tasks assigned to crew.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection.
• Schedule, maintain equipment & tooling, and perform site setup and cleanup.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
