Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Telecom Drill Bores Operator Foreman to lead drilling operations for telecom infrastructure. You’ll read blueprints, determine bore paths, and safely manage equipment while mentoring crew members on-site.

Responsibilities include field notes, utility protection, and coordinating site setup and cleanup. Valid CDL and 3+ years bore experience are required; the role is on-site in the United States with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or ability to obtain.
• At least 3 years of drill bores equipment experience in telecom/construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Job Safety Analysis and coordinate drilling operations.
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents.
• Draw prints and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment to complete crew tasks.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Utilize mud mixing systems and ensure accurate drilling.
• Schedule, maintain equipment and tooling, and manage site setup.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
